Cotton spun onto a specialised wire which is sealed with a hot melt adhesive .

Firmness: Available in hard and soft. 

Hard is for perfect for Perchers, wire frames, theatrical headpieces. 

Soft is for brims, bases, crowns, headbands.

Thicknesses:

1.4mm - 15 gauge - purchase by the Mtr

1.2mm - 16 gauge - purchase by the Mtr as well as Hard in 5mtr packs

1.0mm - 18 gauge - purchase by the Mtr as well as Soft in 5mtr packs

Available in Black & White.

The thickness only refers to wire thickness and does not include the thickness of the cotton layer wrapped around the wire.
