Our suede leather has a beautiful feel with a medium temper, ensuring it sits perfectly inside a hat. Over time, the natural hide will soften and mold beautifully, much like a well-loved wallet, providing a comfortable and lasting fit.
Expertly Crafted for Quality
Each of our sweatbands is made with care from natural hides, using vegetable-tanned bridle leather from the US. Please note that as a product of natural hide, slight imperfections may be present, adding to the unique character of each piece.
The sweatbands are precisely cut with presses and then split to a thickness of 3oz (2.5-3" thick), making them easy to sew into your hats. We then add a branded line for a touch of added design and sew in the reed and tape with an e-stitch, ensuring they are ready to be seamlessly incorporated into your work.
